Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, no design fees, and no contract requirements. You pay one flat monthly rate and everything is included.

How long is the contract?

There is no long-term contract. We ask for a 3-month minimum to give the program enough time to produce measurable results, but after that you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

What if I want to change my offer or design?

Design revisions are included. If you want to update your offer, seasonal creative, or targeting area, just let your account manager know and we'll handle it.

How do I know if it's working?

Every campaign includes a dedicated call tracking number, a QR landing page, and a monthly attribution report. You'll see exactly how many calls, scans, and form fills came from the postcard each month.

Can I add the New Mover program later?

Yes. You can add the New Mover Add-On to your core program at any time. Most practices add it after their first 2–3 months once they've seen the core program results.
